The Wizz Air Milano Marathon confirms its strengths for 2025 as well: a fast and scenic course that runs mostly in the heart of the city, medal and jersey for all finishers, a state-of-the-art Running Festival that turns into a modern and engaging running fair for three days.
But it confirms the features of the last edition: the start and finish in the beautiful setting of Piazza del Duomo and the cheering points that will turn the city into a real party and motivate you along every km of the route.
For the 23rd edition, more than 10.000 runners are expected to transform the city into an unforgettable day of celebration on April 6!

The Route
From the Dome to the Cathedral by the most scenic route.
Completely renewed in the 2024 edition, the loop race course, starting and finishing from Piazza Del Duomo, in the beating heart of the city, is improved in detail, year after year, to offer all runners a modern and complete route, capable of reconciling the flowing needs of top runners and advanced amateurs, with the possibility of admiring and enjoying a city that is increasingly beautiful in its combination of historical and contemporary elements.
For many years now, Milan has been the fastest marathon in Italy and among the fastest on the international scene (the fastest in the world in the year 2021); every year there are so many participants who achieve their personal best right in Milan.
