A new appointment by Wizz Air Milano Marathon

We are excited to present the new appointment with “Runner’s zone” by Wizz Air Milano Marathon, the monthly section that will accompany, with useful tips on marathon preparation, all runners who will be present on the start line of the Wizz Air Milano Marathon 2025 on April 6.

The content will be designed by Steph Humphrey and aimed at all types of runners, from amateurs to professionals or those who want to approach the world of running and marathon preparation for the first time.

About Steph Humphrey

Steph Humphrey is a runner and endurance coach based in Dubai, where she works for InnerFight Endurance and runs the Ladies Run Club, a running club designed to empower women, runners and help them improve their lives through running. Steph is an avid runner and completed the Milan Marathon in both 2022 and 2024, achieving her PB on the course on both occasions. She began her journey as a running coach in 2020, and will guide us through April 6 with helpful tips for preparing for a marathon!
